Although we have done our best to present the rugs in our website as they really are, due to lighting and other factors, the actual colors and color shades on the rugs might be slightly different than how it appears on the website.
The sizes listed for rugs are approximate sizes; so the actual size might be up or down by few inches.
Exchange & Return
We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you would like to return any item for any reason you may do so within 15 days for an exchange or refund with the exception of opened CDs, DVDs & Incense. The item(s) returned must be in new condition otherwise a restocking fee of 15% will be charged. The exchange and return policy is applicable to our web store only. All returns should be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are non-refundable except for defective items and order errors made by us. Please note that most of our products are hand-made so minor artistic variations will be evident from the depicted image.
Defective Items & Order Errors
If the item/s you received has a defect or if we have made an error and sent you the wrong item we will reimburse you the shipping charges for returning the item to us.
