• All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of placing the order. Delivery time of the order takes 5-7 business days. The items are shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground service depending on the size and weight of the item.
• Please let us know by email or phone if you would like the items to be shipped via any other service such as express or 2^nd day delivery and we would be happy to do so. Please note that express shipping charges will apply.
• Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside the US.
• All items are packed with great care. If the items appear to be damaged when you receive them please call or email us as soon as possible for exchange and return instructions or check out our exchange and return policies.
